An evening Interview with the High Sheriff of Bedford and Barry Tappenden

Russell was born in the heart of Bedford and has lived and worked for the entirety of his life within a three-mile radius of the county town.

He will be coming to our studio in the Bedford Hospital for a chat with Barry Tapppenden.

He would like to talk about his role as high sheriff and his interest in the community and maybe some cricket chat too.

Now you can hear his selection of music on Hospital Radio Bedford on Tuesday evening between 5 – 7pm on 14^th November.

Barry’s  Mystery mix show is a diverse selection of music spanning from the 1940s and 50s up to the present time.

As an ex-DJ I accomplished the skills of mixing, ensuring my audience stayed on the dance floor plus injecting jingles that lighten the evening.
