Your Body Is Your Temple “ hosted by Valma James Saturdays from 12 miday to 2pm. The programme “My Body is Your Temple” aims to contribute to promoting the health and wellbeing of Bedfordshire communities. Though raising awareness and understanding on how individuals can contribute to minimising the risks of ill health and disease, including improving an understanding of health conditions. Also increasing awareness of related health conditions, health policies and local community services. The programme promotes physical, psychological and mental health wellbeing ,lifestyle management though helping listeners in getting the necessary help and support they need in accessing appropriate health, social care and community services. The programme invites organisations, individuals and professionals to share their experiences and expertise. Such as Bedfordshire based Dr Seshni Moodliar , Consultant Psychiatrist(Specialist in Autism) , Marilyn Hawes, from Freedom from Abuse(Protecting Children from abuse) Tipps(Dementia services), and Dame Philippa Russell ,( President of CarersUK).The programme incorporates music, chat and interviews.
